Tile Adhesives(or mortars, tile glue, tile cement) are widely used to fix ceramic tiles as decorative finishes or for fixing polystyrene sheets onto building walls as part of external insulation systems. When we lay tiles, there will be gaps between adjacent tiles. These gaps are called grouting joints. The filling in the joint is called grouting. Waterproof mortar is a rigid waterproof material, suitable for projects that will not cause cracks due to structural settlement and temperature changes. It is composed of cement, sand, redispersible latex powder and cellulose ether. It has extremely high impermeability and durability. Repair mortar is a cement-based polymer mortar used to produce defective concrete structures. It has high strength, adhesion, crack resistance and water resistance. It can repair potholes, hollows, flaking, exposed tendons and other problems on the concrete surface. It can be directly used in damaged areas, with super compressive and bonding strength.

Permeable concrete has high porosity, allowing rainfall and other sources of water to directly pass through, thereby supplementing groundwater. Therefore, permeable concrete has almost no fine aggregates. The surface of the coarse aggregates is coated with a thin layer of grout to bond with each other to form evenly distributed pores. The honeycomb structure is therefore air-permeable, water-permeable and lightweight.

AAC Block Jointing Mortar is a high-strength adhesive for quick and firm laying of AAC blocks with thin joints. Made of cement, graded sand, and blended with polymers. it can be used for both interior and exterior purposes.

Decorative mortar is a mortar used for building surface decoration. It is processed to obtain a beautiful building surface while plastering the surface.

Decorative mortar finishes can be divided into two types, mortar finishes and ballast finishes.

The addition of MikaZone™ Cellulose Ether products to decorative mortar can significantly improve the elastic modulus and durability of the mortar. At the same time, the stain resistance and whitening resistance of the mortar will also be improved.

Exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS) is a general class of non-load bearing building cladding systems that provides exterior walls with an insulated, water-resistant, finished surface in an integrated composite material system. In Europe, systems similar to EIFS are known as External Wall Insulation System (EWIS) and External Thermal Insulation Cladding System (ETICS).

The mortar added with MikaZone™ Cellulose Ether products has good adhesion, does not sag during use, does not stick to the scraper, and has a long open time, giving workers enough time to cover the glass fiber mesh (the construction standard is to first apply the mortar and then cover the mesh Cloth). Thermal insulation mortar is a kind of dry-mixed mortar which is made by mixing lightweight materials such as expanded polystyrene particles and vitrified microbeads as aggregates, cement as gel material, and adding some additives. The external wall insulation materials of objects are widely used in dense residential buildings, large public facilities and other places with strict fire protection requirements.
